Brain Imaging to Understand Memory Concerns

Purpose

The research focus at the UW Integrated Brain Imaging Center is to use brain imaging to understand the changes in the brain that may be responsible for memory problems in old age and associated disorders.

 

Eligibility

  • 60-85 years of age

  • Developing concerns with memory or other cognitive (thinking) tasks

  • Exclusion criteria may apply

 

Why Participate?

Your participation will contribute to scientific research that may help us understand more accurate ways to measure brain vessels and how they are involved in disorders like Alzheimer's disease.

 

Compensation

Volunteers who take part in this study will be compensated for their time and participation.
