New Insights on Preventing Hospitalizations for People Living with Dementia and Diabetes

New results out of the ACT Study reveal higher than recognized rates of hospital visits due to diabetes symptoms for people living with dementia. The researchers suggest that better primary care and health monitoring could prevent many of these health emergencies.
