INOCULATE

  1. Prepare a 10 ml syringe with a hypodermic needle
  2. Drip a generous amount of ethanol (roughly .5ml) on the plug of the culture vessel that will be inoculated
  3. Uncap liquid cell culture and uptake 200 uL - 1 ml of fluid into the syringe
  4. Pierce through the plug of a culture vessel with the syringe and inject half of the fluid into the culture vessel
  5. Inject the other half of the fluid into another culture vessel
  6. Repeat for remaining 6 culture vessels
