Bio Photography Requests

UW Poster and Photo provides basic studio portrait photography. The studio is in the Magnuson Health Sciences Building on the University of Washington campus, just north of UW Medical Center. 

Strategic Marketing & Communications will cover the cost of a basic studio portrait taken at UW Photo for use on uwmedicine.org bios. Additional portrait types will only be covered with prior approval. 

How to schedule an appointment: 

1. Visit https://calendly.com/uwphotos 

2. Select “Basic Studio Portrait – $75”.  

3. Select the day and time you want to book. 

4. Fill in your name and email. 

5. In the “UW Workday Company Tag” dropdown menu, select SOM School of Medicine. 

6. In the Driver Worktag field, enter AC102619. 

7. In the “Special Instructions” section, please note “Bill Strategic Marketing & Communications, Cost Center CC101855, Resource RS100082. ” 

8. Hit “Book”. 

9. You will receive a confirmation email that will provide instructions on how to get to the studio and change or cancel your appointment.
