NEED: Pictures of attaching syringe and media line to octopus tubing

Note: It's best to spray your gloved hands in ethanol before preforming these steps.

ATTACH STERILE SYRINGE
PERFORM BELLOW STEPS USING STERILE TECHNIQUE

1. Take the free female Luer lock connector on the 3" end of the tubing manifold and unwrap the aluminum foil from it
2. Attach a sterile syringe to the end you just unwrapped

ATTACH MEDIA LINE TO MEDIA BOTTLE
PERFORM BELLOW STEPS USING STERILE TECHNIQUE

1. If setting up in an incubator make sure to feed the media line through the incubator's port before connecting.
2. Take free Luer lock connector on the 4' tube (media line) and unwrap the aluminum foil from it
3. Unrwap the aluminum foil from the output port on the media bottle
4. Connect the Luer lock of the media line to the output port on the media bottle
