Upcoming Symposium: Precision Medicine for Older Adults: Delivering on a Promise

February 07, 2018 — The UW School of Pharmacy’s Plein Center in Geriatrics is holding its 2nd annual research symposium on March 8, 11 a.m. UW alum, John Newman, MD, PhD, of UCSF and the Buck Institute will share his expertise on delivering precision medicine for older adults, using every tool from genetics and biomarkers to functional and social assessment, in order to maximize function and independence. 2019 McKnight Memory and Cognitive Disorders Award: LOI due March 26

NIH ‘All of Us’ Research Program Seeks Input on Research Priorities

December 20, 2017 — The 'All of Us' Research Program aims to build one of the largest, most diverse datasets of its kind for health research, with one million or more volunteers nationwide, who will share their information over time.
