Thomas Spiro chosen to receive Eraldo Antonini Lifetime Achievement Award

Spiro_headshotProfessor Thomas Spiro has been chosen to receive the Eraldo Antonini Lifetime Achievement Award given by the Society of Porphyrins and Phthalocyanines. The award will be presented at the 2010 International Conference on Porphyrins and Phthalocyanines (ICPP-6), held July 4-9, 2010 in New Mexico.

Spiro’s group studies the involvement of inorganic elements such as iron, copper, and manganese in biological and environmental processes.
