AV301 : SAMPLE SPINNING ISSUE
A possible blockage in the pneumatic system is causing the sample not to spin correctly. Related to this is the fact that, the BSMS keyboard might indicate the sample as ‘missing’, even when the sample is seated inside. The shim stack needs to be removed to clear this problem. Users are requested not to use the spin function until this is fixed.
