You can now : Type atma or use the Auto Wobb button to tune and match the probehead. Simply type Topshim to automatically shim the sample Please keep us posted if anything worth mentioning turns up. Thank you for your patience while we working on the fix. NMR Facility Manager 5/12/17

We still need to fine tune the hardware in ATMA probehead before it is brought to its original spec.  Therefore, currently, the probe still remains as the BBO.  You need to tune/match MANUALLY using WOBB command. After servicing the ATMA probe head in-house, the unit will be tested in the spectrometer, with the hope that everything turns out well.  In that case, the ATMA probe will be back in service sometime today.  Please look for an updated post on this. NMR Facility Manager 5/11/2017

We have found that the extreme chiller system is compromised seriously and it has also contaminated the probehead, making it unsuitable for immediate use.  Until the chiller system is fixed,  we cannot use any other probehead lest that also becomes damaged.
