ALERT – DRX499 – COMMUNICATION SOFTWARE BEING REINSTALLED
Normal acquisition is not proceeding due to a corruption of low level software on the host computer. This is being re-installed and the system should be up soon.

UPDATE – AV700 : ISSUES RESOLVED

UPDATE : DRX499 – AVAILABLE FOR USE
Many of the issues on the drx499 users have noticed in the past two weeks were due to a faulty board. This board has been replaced and the console is now fully functional. A test run shows normal operation. Please contact Adrienne (amr0311@uw.edu) or Rajan (paranji@chem.washington.edu) with questions.

UPDATE : DRX499 – AWAITING REPLACEMENT CIRCUIT BOARD
A faulty ADC board is recognized to be the most probable cause of problems and an order for its replacement was placed with instructions for expedited shipping. We will update the status once the board arrives and we test it out in the system.
