UPDATE – AV300 – SYSTEM WILL BE DOWN UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

The preamplifier module is out of action for component level troubleshooting in relation to the tuning and matching issue.  There is no easy workaround at this point to keep the spectrometer running and so users are requested to engage other instruments for routine spectroscopy.   Updates will be posted as soon as we make progress.

AV300 – PRINTER UPDATE – PRINTING IS OK NOW

The spectra that were spooled from Topspin when the printer was having issues, are printed out now.  The hard copies can be found next to the printer.  Owners, please collect them when convenient.

AV300: BBI PROBE INSTALLED

The BBI 1H{X} probe has been installed on the av300. It is released for use. We are still observing some noise on the wobb for both channels, which we are working on resolving. Thank you for your patience.
