UPDATE : NEO500 : QUEUE IS RECOVERED FROM FROZEN STATE
Dear Users While we are looking for the cause of the frozen state of the queue yesterday, I wanted to inform you that the queue has been resumed and the originally submitted experiments will be run in the order they were requested. FYI NMR Facility Manager 8/29/23

UPDATE : ALL GOOD WITH 300 CONSOLES
Dear Users There was a disruption in the high pressure air due to broken tubing, that led to the sample handling problems reported today morning. The problem has been fixed and the systems are back to normal. NMR Facility Manager 8/17/2023
