AV301 : ALERT : SAMPLE CRASH – SYSTEM DOWN

A user has dropped a sample tube without the spinner in the magnet and the system is not usable right now.  Once the sample is recovered and it is ascertained that there is no damage to the probehead, an update will be posted.

AV301 : UPDATE – TXD – 19F PROBE READY FOR USE TODAY

After the final touch up of parameters the TXD-19F {1H,13C} probe head should be ready for regular use by today evening.  Please provide feedback of any abnormalities to the facility staff via the instrument log page.

DRX499 – UPDATE – SYSTEM IS NORMAL NOW

The amplifier is fixed and ready for use. Please post any peculiar observations in the instrument log.

DRX499 – HARDWARE MALFUNCTION

A set of broken fans in the power amplifier are being replaced, as we speak.  The instrument should be ready within the next half hour or so. Please look for further updates here.

DRX499 – ALERT : IMMINENT PROBE CHANGE

The BBI Z-gradient probe is repaired and back. We will install this probe late on Friday, 13th Dec ’13 and the probe should be primed and ready by the noon of Monday, the 16th. Please contact facility staff with any questions.

ALERT ! : AV301 – PROBE CHANGE

The temporary double resonance probe will give way to the TXD-19F{1H,13C} probe and the instrument should be primed and ready for use on the morning of Wednesday, the 11th. Any change in this schedule will be posted here later.
