AV301 is now available

The AV301 now has the dual channel probe with 1H and 13C and a 2D lock. Please use shim file stdhcd. The proton and carbon macros are not currently set up to reflect the new probe. You will need to tune and match this probe for your experiments.

An issue has been identified with the RT shim stack and this makes the instrument unusable currently.  Since repair of this part is not feasible in house, we have to wait for a replacement of the same.   Users will be updated on that front when more information is available.
