Instrument did not detect a sample and the run failed. I was unable to manually reinject the decoy sample due to the position of the mechanical arm and the instrument is currently venting.
I am unable to access any on the DPX200 data on phoenix. I am still able to access all of the other instruments.
I cannot wobb this instrument for proton or phosphorus
I couldn’t load the standard shim file or wobb the instrument. An error popped up saying it could not connect to the host. I tried calling for help and no one was around.
