Topspin refuses to open, and responds with the error: “java.io.IOException: Disk quota exceeded”
We are unable to find our data on the server. The AV800 folder on the phoenix.chem.washington.edu site appears to be empty.
Sample stuck at the top of the magnet leg. The new sample inserted through the auto-sampler was taken to the top and stuck there (stuck at the intersection between horizontal and vertical path to the magnet). So I need assistance to resolve this problem as soon as possible. Thanks.

While running gHSQC I found that all of sudden gain changed from 2050 to 1 when I did rga. Then I tried to topshim (because I thought shimset might have lost). when try to shim using topshim, it was doing something at the beginning but finally stops with an error message ” RawCheck – the Z gradient does not work” in a popup window.
There was some problem with the sample lift. When I ejected the previous sample it crashed into the bottom of the sample holder and broke. There doesn’t appear to be any lift gas flow.
