UPDATE : AV300 RETURNED TO USE
After attending to the tune issue on the probe that is directly caused by users using fingers to turn the turn rods, push past the stop point of the tune rod, or using the tune tool incorrectly, the av300 BBI probe has been repaired and is returned for use. The NMR Facility cannot stress enough […]

ALERT: AV300 UNABLE TO RUN DUE TO TUNE ISSUES
Users: The av300 BBI probe has been misused again and is no longer tuning/matching on the 1H, which precludes proton and any 1H-decoupled-X-observe NMR. LOGIN ISSUES RESOLVED on AV300 and DRX499
Login issues have been resolved on both the av300 and drx499 spectrometers.

ALERT ! : DRX499 – UWNETID LOGIN DOWN…TEMPORARILY
An issue similar to that of AV300 is not allowing users to login with their NetID currently. We are working on this and post an update as soon as the issue is resolved.

ATTENTION ! AV301 UPDATE : GRADIENTS AND TOPSHIM OPERATIONAL
The new gradient capability is fully functional. Combined with the ATMA feature of the porbehead, users can do everything from the computer desktop, including shimming using TOPSHIM.
