ALERT ! AV301 – NETWORK ERROR
Connectivity to the systems outside NMR lab is disrupted. I will try to fix it remotely if feasible. If not, one of us need to get to the system physically to reset the network. Access to the instrument over the weekend might be disrupted owing to this. NMR Facility Manager 4/21/2018

The VT air chiller unit is not functioning as expected and as a result, you cannot reach nominal temperatures below room temperatures as of now. ALERT ! AV700 USERS – IMMINENT CHANGE – SOLUTIONS TO SOLIDS STARTING NEXT WEEK
The 700 will switch to solid state NMR mode beginning April 16th, Monday. It is expected that the instrument will remain in solids operation for a minimum of 2 weeks and it might extend to a month. All solutions users should take note and plan accordingly. NMR Facility Manager 4/11/2018

Please note that the extreme chiller unit is malfunctioning again and we have provided a backup chiller that can take your sample to 0 deg. C and not below.
