AV300 : ALERT ! – INTERMITTENT LOCK PROBLEM
A sporadic malfunction in one of the circuit boards is causing the Lock system to behave unreliably, irrespective of the solvent you use. A firmware reset of the board restores functionality. The troubleshoot will be a prolonged operation due to the sporadic nature of the problem. As of now, the Lock system is functional and users can proceed as usual.
