AV300 : USER ERROR – PROBLEM RESOLVED
Due to the excessive torque applied by a user on the 1H tuning knob, the capacitor engaging mechanism slipped from its default position and the probe could not be tuned/matched. This problem is now rectified and the 1H channel is operational. This calls for another STRONG reminder that users need to be gentle with the tuning/matching knobs and paddles in the probeheads to avoid serious damage and extensive down time of the spectrometer.
