UW CHEMISTRY NMR

The av500 is now available with the TXO probe. This probe has 1H, 19F, and 13C capabilities with proton decoupling. It is a 5 mm probe, the same TXO you have used on the av500 in the past.

Topshim is available on this console with this probe. Follow the instructions posted next to the workstation. Using Topshim removes the need for manual shimming, although you must still lock first. You can manually shim instead of using Topshim should you prefer.

We also have a new low T set-up for this probe. Before using low T, please check with Adrienne (amr0311@uw.edu) for information or training.
