AV500 – SHIM UPDATE

Some users had complained that they are not able to get good line shape for their sample and Topshim software did not help, apparently, either.   My experience today has been different. The spectrum shown below is the result of a successful shimming operation with Topshim, for running this reasonably demanding 1D spectrum that suppresses 95% of the huge H2O signal from the spectrum.  The inset shows the quality resolution that is achieved for this doublet that lies close to the H2O signal.  If users need further assistance with Topshim, please contact one of the facility staff.
