DRX499 : UPDATE – INSTRUMENT PERFECTLY NORMAL !
Some user had attempted (incorrectly) to route the 2H cable for a possible attempt of 2H NMR on the instrument. That led to the condition where subsequent users could not use the Lock system. This is remedied and the system is back to normal for locking on any solvent.
If you are not sure of what you are doing, please do not meddle with the hardware of the instrument. Ask the facility managers for help directly.
