Sample transport is working normally.  As a related remark, if you are using special NMR tubes, that have a shifted center of mass, such as high pressure enclosure tubes or J-Young tubes,  take extra care in seating the sample in depth gauge before inserting it in the magnet.  If you see the missing indicator,  you can use a short burst of air to reseat the sample inside the magnet, by starting Spin on bsms and switching it off after 3 to 5 seconds.  Please contact one of the facility staff if you need further clarifications.
