UW CHEMISTRY NMR

All existing users will now notice that their Topspin file tree shows the following structure:

• /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/  as the main data tree in the File Browser.
• Expanding this will show only one branch : /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301/<UWNetid>/nmr
• Underneath this, you will find all your old files residing.

So, remember :  This is your data root directory :  /home/<UWNetid>/udrive/av301

new or edc command in Topspin :

When you create a new dataset with one of the above two commands, please note that the DIR entry in the dialog box should refer to your udrive branch.   It should not refer to the old style /opt/topspin anymore !

You can always edit this entry to point to the correct location
