UPDATE : AV301 : VT CONTROL UPTO 0 DEG C POSSIBLE NOW.
Some of you might have noticed that the sample temperature cannot be lowered below ambient on AV301. The heat exchanger a.k.a. chiller that makes this possible, is now serviced and working as expected. This gives you the choice to run lower than RT experiments upto 273 K max. This implies that you must set the temperature back to 298 K, after your low temperature run is completed, to prevent freezing of next user’s sample.
