There are two problems we are trying to troubleshoot that are of a sporadic nature.  As I write this, when a user logs in, everything might proceed as normal (including the UDRIVE mount).   It is also possible that the acquisition ends with an error message. In either case, the best recourse to pin down the issue is to ask all of you to start using the instrument,  while we monitor the system in the background.

With your generous volunteering, we will collect useful input that will help us resolve the issue permanently.  So, start reserving and using the instrument and report about problems promptly via the Log Book.
