ALERT ! AV500 – PROBE HAS BEEN CHANGED
Since I discovered today morning that the VT dewar in the probe is compromised, I had to replace the BBI probe with the a different probe :
Current probe head : TXI- 1H {13C, 15N} – Z gradient
This is a triple resonance probe that is capable of handling 1H, 13C and 15N detection only. It’s a gradient equipped probe and so Topshim works perfectly fine.
I will post further relevant updates if there are any.
