ALERT ! AV301 – SYSTEM DOWN DUE TO PROBEHEAD ISSUE
Hello All
Many of you might have noticed and some of you have given feedback about the rather poor S/N on this system in the recent past. Especially, today people have noticed that ATMA is not working as expected.
Further investigation shows that there is indeed a hardware issue with the probehead on the 1H channel and it is out of the magnet for repair. This development is just a few minutes old and so I don’t have an estimate for you as to when this probe will be back in the magnet.
