Dear Users

Continuing on the ATMA probe, that underwent a substantial overhaul with considerable cost, we are convinced that the probe’s tuning/matching ability is not upto par with what is promised by this repair.  You can realize this if you attempt to run ‘atma’ on solvents such as ‘C6D6’ and the system pretty much fails to converge.

I am planning a few more tests today and unless a miraculous recovery happens, it is imperative that the probe has to go back to the manufacturer for fixing this before warranty expires.   I am planning to pull the probe out most probably on Monday next week and we will put the earlier BBO probe in its place.
