Hello NMR Users

I recently learned of issues with posting messages in the instrument Log Books that is provided via a Web Page.   It is a strange ‘Catch 22’  situation where you could not have communicated the problem via a Log Book entry !

While we are looking into solutions after simulating the problems at our end,  I just wanted to reiterate one thing :   As a fall back method, you can always email me or the Associate Manager Adrienne Roehrich with  any problems you encounter.

Speaking for myself,  I don’t mind if you send me an email about an issue even after you post a message in the instrument Log Book (i.e. even when the log webpage  is working as expected).
