UPDATE : DRX499 – SYSTEM IS BEHAVING (AGAIN !) NORMALLY
Dear DRX499 loyalists
This time around, I think we have identified the operating system related issue and mitigated the same. The system used to freeze up within a minute or two earlier but it is looking and behaving normally for about 20 minutes now, and that is a positive sign.
The Best way to see if things have recovered is to recruit all your help and ask you to use the instrument again and send a note if you see the problem recurring. So, the reservation calendar is released for booking again.
