UW CHEMISTRY NMR

Following the announcement that Bagley Hall will undergo Electrical Maintenance on Thursday, 16th September ’21, approximately at 5 PM,

all the NMR instruments will be powered down prior to the event.  Facilities and Services seems to have given 5 PM as the start of the shut down. But,  to avoid the sudden impact of an unceremonious shut down before that time,  like it happened last time, the instruments will be safely powered down starting at 3 PM.

We will revive the instruments as soon as we can following confirmation that the Electrical Work has been completed.  The instruments should be available for regular use by the morning of Friday, 17th Sept ’21, latest.
