UW CHEMISTRY NMR

Dear Users

UDRIVE storage has been restored. But for the roughly 70 minutes window from my last post,  all data will be written to UDRIVE as usual, from this moment on.

Please access your data as before.  I will move any data files that are collected in this interim period to the FTP Server: phoenix.chem.washington.edu

 Getting your data from the FTP Server :

• You need to use an FTP client program suitable to your computer.
  • Windows systems can directly use the File Explorer window.
  • Mac systems can use either a native FTP program like Fetch or the open source FileZilla program.
• Phoenix is an anonymous server and so you won’t need a username or password
• Once you connect you will see a tree list of the NMR instruments like this :
• Expanding on a branch will show the Netid Names under which data are stored :
• Either drag and drop or use the suitable handle on your FTP program to transfer the files.
