Dear Users

We have been receiving sporadic log posts about the Spin Rate Error and occasional Locking related issues.

As I write this, the system is in a normal state and I have recalibrated the sample spinning system and tested it.   Locking per se works fine but I have to see if specific solvents are showing issues.

If there is a hardware component that is causing this,  then it’s failure is intermittent and a bit tricky to pin down right now.  But, I will be on the lookout for tell-tale signs that can point to us the root cause, which can be addressed.

Please feel free to write a log post about your specific Locking problems, if there are any.  Please add as much detail as possible about the solvent you use, the temperature and any specific condition of the sample you are using that is of significance.
