UPDATE – GG500 ! SOFTWARE ERROR IN ICON-NMR RESOLVED…
The software glitch that prevented users from routine spectroscopy is now identified and removed.
Please continue using the instrument as before. Also feel free to give us feedback if you notice anything out of ordinary. To do so, you can either use the online Instrument Logbooks at the instrument or here
