ALERT ! NEO500 – SYSTEM WILL BE UNAVAILABLE BRIEFLY TOMORROW
As a part of remedying a persistent error condition with the Shim system, NEO500 will stop running the queue starting at 11.00 AM.
The troubleshoot session is expected to last for couple of hours maximum. The queue will resume where it left off after that.
PLEASE DO NOT PLAN TO BRING A SAMPLE TO QUEUE UP BETWEEN 11 AM AND 2 PM TOMORROW.
