Dear Users

Many of you might have noticed that the lineshape and resolution you got for many of your samples in the past several days are not what you expected, that too from a mint condition instrument such as NEO500.

We are aware of this and have been applying remedies to resolve this transparently.  I am waiting for a new set of hardware boards to swap into the system to address this further. Please look for an announcement in this space, as well as the NEO500 Calendar, when the instrument will be offline during the hardware update.
