ALERT ! NEO500 – SYSTEM WILL BE DOWN BRIEFLY FROM 1.30 PM FOR HARDWARE WORK
Hello Users
The remedial circuit boards that should resolve the intermittent Shim failure, will be installed and tested in the system starting from 2 PM and a bit of preparation is needed before that.
Please do NOT queue any samples after 1 PM today. Any halted runs between 1 PM and the instrument down time will be resumed later.
