Dear Users

Thanks to a low temperature chiller that we repurposed from the recently decommissioned AV500 console,  the AV300 system now has much better temperature stability and also the capability to lower your sample temperature close to 0 deg. C, if you wish to.

Temperature stability is quite important, when it comes to Lock and Shim stability.  

Although the system did have a functioning temperature controller,  we could ONLY use the house air, whose temperature varies widely depending on the season of the year.

With a dedicated Chiller unit, the stability is now guaranteed within (+/-) 0.1 deg. C.
