UPDATE ON NEO500 – SYSTEM WILL GET TO MAINTENANCE MODE IMMEDIATELY
Hello All
The hardware parts reached earlier than exepcted, and the system is not shimming at all with the current configuration.
It makes sense, therefore, to swap the hardware without any further delay and test it.
As an upside, if everything goes well, the instrument will be released much earlier than expected.
Please wait for further updates about when the system will be back to normal queue.
