UPDATE : NEO500 – SAMPLE HANDLING IS NORMAL
Dear Users
I saw one post a few minutes ago highlighting that the sample injection entered an error state. The system is reset and tested to be normal now. But, I couldn’t troubleshoot the original cause, as I didn’t see any sample tubes in the Carousel and the gray colored ‘sample carrier’ at the top of the magnet, was in it’s normal position.
We will keep any eye and see if the error condition repeats itself.
