UPDATE : NEO500 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL
Dear Users
Thanks to those of you who alerted us to the glitch, that led to failed data collection for some of your samples. The hardware issue is resolved and I have tested that the Acquisition proceeds as expected.
please note : I have resubmitted to the queue, those of the samples that were still in the carousel. If any 0f you have removed the samples after the failure, please resubmit them as a fresh sample and complete the run.
