UPDATE ! NEO500 – SYSTEM BACK TO NORMAL
Dear Users
The system is behaving normally now. I would request those of you, whose data does not look good to resubmit your runs with the same sample holder positions to the queue. What all you need to do is just click cancel followed by Submit again.
