UPDATE ! NEO500 – EMAIL FEATURE UPON EXPERIMENT COMPLETION – RESTORED
Dear NMR cohort
Following the ‘controlled’ power disruption of last weekend, few things broke uncontrollably and the last of this was the ability for NEO500 to send email to your individual Inbox, once your IconNMR is completed.
This last lose end has been tied up now. I ran a dummy scan yesterday evening and the system sent me a mail that it completed and also send a nice PDF file of the spectrum.
You should be getting similar treats in your Inbox ! If this is not the case, please contact us ASAP by email or logbook and let us know ! Rest assured, we will chase the gremlin down.
