Dear Users

Please do not place a disruptive sample label like the one I show below in the picture on your NMR tube and try to load it in the system.  There are specific NMR sample tube labels available that completely wrap around the tube so that it does not obstruct sample Inject and Eject operations.

A disruptive label like this in the NEO500 is even more of a problem since the Automation system struggles to deal with exceptions like this (yesterday the system was jammed due to this).

PLEASE PAY HEED TO THE PAINSTAKING EFFORTS WE PUT IN EDUCATING YOU ABOUT SAMPLE HANDLING HYGIENE.
