Here is a gentle reminder :

• Before you prepare to head down to NEO500 and queue up samples, please bookmark this link and always check the current status
• As with other instruments, please check this NEO500 Calendar Page to see if the instrument is undergoing planned or un-planned maintenance.  If the queue has stopped (as checked by the link above), mostly that can be correlated to a maintenance event.

For today,  for example, the instrument queue won’t be available from 11 am to 4.30 pm due to planned cryogen service and optimization events.
