ALERT ! GG500 : SAMPLE HANDLING ISSUE BEING INVESTIGATED
Users
You might have noticed that the instrument is blocked off tomorrow for ‘hardware optimization’ and in fact, the primary task at that time will be addressing the intermittent sample landing failure.
Notwithstanding that plan, we are right now trying to see if we can provide a workaround to this problem and get the queue back online again.
More updates will be posted as we have more information to share.
