ALERT ! NEO500 – SYSTEM WILL BE OFFLINE FOR SOFTWARE UPGRADE
As part of ongoing computer and operating system upgrade, the system will be unavailable until 3 PM today. If the configuration is completed before that, we will release the instrument for regular use immediately.
Please take a moment to check your NEO500 Queue bookmark here, before proceeding to the lab with your samples.
