UPDATE ! GG500 – SAMPLECASE ROBOT IS FIXED – SYSTEM BACK ON TRACK
The reservation calendar is open for blocking time. After painstaking reconfiguration and adjustment of the automation robot, it is passing the rigorous tests flawlessly. We hope we have seen the end of the ‘intermittent sample injection failure’ issues.
But, let us emphasize one thing. The mechanical corrections/adjustments we had to make to bring the system to its perfect state are of the order of 0.1 mm dimension. So, please take extreme care when you approach the Sample Carousel and associated parts and do not impart any mechanical force to the hardware.
When it comes to sample handling, DO NOT BE IN A HURRY !
